Terms of Service

By signing in to and using Passion Planner (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Passion Planner is a personal day-planning tool that lets you plan, time-block, reflect, take notes, keep your time-blocks in two-way sync with Google Calendar, and attach files to tasks via your own Google Drive. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may change over time.

The app requires signing in with Google and your authorization to access your Google Calendar and (for file attachments) the minimal Google Drive permission that only covers files the app creates. You can review what data we use in our Privacy Policy and revoke access at any time from your Google account permissions.

You own the content you create in the app (focuses, goals, tasks, journal entries, notes, file attachments, and the events you choose to sync). Attached files are stored in your own Google Drive. You are responsible for the content you enter and for using the app lawfully and only for your own planning.

Some features generate suggestions (for example, breaking a task into subtasks or proposing a plan for your day) using AI models. Suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete; they are applied only when you accept them, and you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them. See the Privacy Policy for what data these features use.

Do not misuse the app — including attempting to disrupt it, access other users' data, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

The app is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Keep your important information backed up in your own records.

You may stop using the app and delete your account and all data at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
